As it should be! I really don't see a point in using a drone at the beach but it's a public place and no one has a reasonable expectation of privacy in public anymore.She ended up getting arrested for assault and breach of peace.
There is a recent story from here about a guy taking up-skirt shots with a camera phone at a mall, and even after being caught he was not charged because of a court ruling that says the Texas 'improper photography law' is unconstitutional, a lot of cases from waterparks here where the guy was zooming in on butts and boobs are in limbo.
