    JFK - 5/7/2014

Well, the light was far from being anything but ugly. Bumped into Sergio at the mounds. Here is some of today's bounty.

    Nice Shots Mark,

Manny and I were at the Mounds earlier in the afternoon.

Nice shots Marc. I thought NCR dump the 757s ages ago. They don't get around much. Senga

I caught one of their other 75s down in CLT a couple of months ago for a NASCAR team charter. Looks like they had been doing contract work in the 'Stans for a while, but have returned stateside.

John, Yea I saw it at EWR a 2 years ago or something. Back then they were flying everywhere but in the US. It came to EWR 2 times and that was it. I wish I got the C-130 they had painted up in that livery but ti crashed. Senga

Where was the photo of the National 75 taken from?

    Great set despite the light.

National's 176CA was a daily visitor in Dubai last year flying back and forth between DXB and Kandahar.

Am I crazy or is it correct that FedEx flies a B757 into JFK?

Anyhow, nice catches Mark... love the all white A343

Manny .... yup .... FedEx does bring in a 757. This was taken on 4/18/2014, an early morning arrival. Taken from the backyard, as FedEx makes her final approach for 13L.

Great shots Mark. I wanted to get that EuroAtlantic, but when I saw clouds and that plane coming 7:30, I gave up.

Great shots considering very bad weather was that afternoon.

    Thanks all for the comments!

Gintaras ..... the EuroAtlantic came in around 7:50pm. I believe that shot was taken as ISO 2500, f/4 and 1/400s with the Nikon D4 and the 70-200mm lens with a 1.4x teleconverter attached.

Rich ..... The Norwegian flies in the 787, but there are times when some other birds fly in like the EuroAtlantic and HiFly. June will be a busy month with work related travel, but I hope I can shot with you for a few hours if I get a chance.
