I could have easily missed it. I received my RA108 alert (planned departure) and it said 2PM at first. Then it resent it 1 hour later and said 1pm- glad I left when I did.

I am not sure it is was A/C replacement or equipment substitute. I guess we will find out over the next few days when they show up again. Tomorrow flight is showing a A345 so...

It should always be an A345, I'm told. But for some reason, the A345 went to LHR and the A330 came here. I'm told it won't happen often.
