Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) A330MRTT KWRI pics

    Greetings,
I had a great opportunity to finally getting my first A330MRTT photos. I forfeited initial arrival of the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) MRTTs in mid February thanks to them coming in at the same time as a JFK arrival that I also needed. I'm glad I had a second chance to get them. They arrived again to pick up the RSAF F-15s that participated in Red Flag. Its been a while since I have shot at WRI and I am glad to get there again. I always felt A330s looked really nice in as tankers. These shots will definitely be in my top 10 for the year.

Some of my more recent WRI shots.

I have old military video myself I'd really like to post sometime eventually. I started out shooting military way back.

One of my faves is a Video I shot from 1994 KMGM and a C-5 was taxing by. The pilot STOPPED the plane (for me :)) and someone got off the plane and warned me about the blast and I should move back as they were going to a tight high power left turn....I was HONORED to have something to impressive as a C-5 do this (Stupid kid) when they stopped the plane for this FOOL :) The wing was right next to me and would have gone over my head. One of these days I'll put get it out there.

Very cool set and great accesses at WRI. Nice to see their other C-32B.

At the begging of February while I was shoveling, I heard a heavy go over and to my surprise it was one of the RSAF 330s:
(I had to quick run inside and hope it didn't go above the low clouds.)

Strangely FR24 said the callsign was 2403 but said the reg was 2401...

Kiffy, Yea I think your shot shows when it/they came back from dropping off the F-15s. (Since you are in PA) The first time they flew in S/Ns 2401/2403. 2401 was being seen, tracked and they made the flight no. 2403 as it was the other plane. Senga
