    Fly Over at Phoenix Raceway

    Hey Guys

I am out in San Tan Valley AZ and took in the race yesterday. They had a flyover with a bunch of planes and I got a few shots. Haven't processed them all yet.

Needless to say this was very cool. Out here there are constant military jets flying over the house. It is a spotters dream.

I should add the NASCAR pics are going up on the site now Awesomeracefans.com/ as we speak. There is also a working airport right near the track that I didn't get the name of. It looks like a repair facility as I saw what looked like some dc10 or L10-11's outside. Maybe a place they strip just before the graveyard?

Cool shot of that massive flyover Vinny !!
The KC Flight team did the flyover with 50 aircraft to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Phoenix International Raceway.
Here's a cool video clip of the flyover also:

Well that answers the popularly burning question of "how many single engine GA planes doing a flyover does it take to sound like a single B-17?"

    THAT many.
Have you ever seen a grown man naked?

That would be Goodyear (KGYR), Vinny. It is a GA airport, overhaul facility and graveyard. Lufthansa also has a flight training center there.
