KFRG Republic Farmingdale 01/01/14 Former LOT B734

Thanks to the forum tip from Spinelli, I caught SwiftFlight 803- in town dropping off the Chicago Blackhawks for tomorrow night's game in Uniondale.
N803TJ was LOT Polish in a former life as SP-LLB. In my ramp shot you can see where they painted over the LOT tail logo.

    and here come the Blackhawks...

Sweet shots Don! I would have been there if there wasn't a chance of it being too dark.

Thanks everyone. Not the quality I'm used to because of high ISO, but fun catches to have anyway.

    I think you did great
The three most common expressions in aviation are, "Why is it doing that?", "Where are we?" and "Oh Crap".

I checked Flightaware and surprisingly it actually departed Thurs. night after 8PM in the snow and headed to South Bend, IN,
so I guess it's doing the charter shuffle and will head back to EWR to pick up the Blackhawks tomorrow night or Sat. morning.

Very nice Don, looks like you're catching a lot of chartered 737's lately

Yeah, seems that way. FRG is just too close to home to pass up. Thanks man.

Great work with some tough conditions Don. My favorite is definitely the last shot.

Thanks Steve. The last shot I was using the fence as a tripod, so there you have it.
