AA A321 Delivery Flight - DFW

Unfortunately I was set up on 17C not 17L so I had to take the photo while cruising down the road. We won't see this aircraft much at DFW since it will be flying between LAX/SFO - JFK, so here's a heads up for what's replacing the 762's.

Anyone know what routes the 762's will be moved to, or are they being sold off

My guess is that they'll be off to the Budweiser plant

Yes the 762's are being retired, and due to their age and hours and un-economicallness I will be surprised if any get picked up by another operator. N320AA "Flagship Independence" was just retired in November with two others retired earlier in 2013 leaving AA with only 11 active 762's left.

    Cheers

I hope they become freighters. Sucks about Flagship Independence, I don't think I ever got a shot of it.

Well, won't they be inheriting some 762's from US?
