    Amazon Drone Delivery...

    Hi All
    i was sure that this forum will be abuzz on the news that amazon plans to have some deliveries done by UAV (60 minutes report)
    whats your take on it? from a aviation perspective can it really happen in the future? how about the challenges, like interfering with Air traffic...

    It is not if but when. It may be more than 10 years before people will even tolerate the idea of an unmanned flying machine of any kind... never mind deliveries :P

    So if Amazon can so will Fedex, USPS and UPS. so is there a world down the road where UAV's are all over the place and some sort of a FAA DTC (drone traffic control) system operating ?
    and of course a completely new opportunity for us spotters LOL
