    Iberia New Colors JFK pix

    Greetings,
I spotted this abomination at JFk today. My eyes bleed with the force of a thousand waterfalls. I have not heard this one mentioned in our area yet- sorry if this is a rehash.. Its good to get stuff like this out of the way when you don't know its there so you don't actually have to force yourself to go out for it.

Yeah noticed it arrived early like 2:45pm and wondered if anyone got a shot. Nice catch! :)

Nice catch Senga, Although the updated scheme makes it just another white A330

What a terrible livery, not sure why this happened since they already painted other A330's in the old scheme

One of the things I noticed is the logo is looks to be place unconventionally "backwards" on the engine cowling. You would think they would have placed like it is on the tail. Too bad they didn't put it next to the titles as well. It still not too late for them to change and go back to the current livery or come out with a better livery.

I will likely confuse it with Swiss Air until it is close enough to see the tail

Ha, very true! The tail reminds me of Avianca's new bland livery.

Well done, but I have to agree that the scheme isn't all that great.

It sure makes AA's new tail look like a Picasso painting. Nice shot, terrible livery

Great catch Senga but I will call the new livery "Iboringa". If they paid a branding agency for that, they sure didn't get their money's worth.

Not as much as confusing Transaero with Air France........and do many complain about those 2?

If Iberia painted all airplanes but this one different, this one wouldn't be boring - it would be a "catch" for many...
