Thanks ...... Yeah, they been putting on the BA stickers on most of the air train cars. It would have been cooler if they did one for each airline at JFK.

Awesome set Mark! That is such an unusual juxtaposition between AirTrain and VN bridge. What focal length?

Manny …. I am surprised that Kalitta came out as good as it did give where she was positioned on the field. Just to give you a reference point the United behind the Kalitta is in position on RWY 31L. Taken with the 500mm on the D7000 body.

Don …. that image was taken with the 500mm also on a cropped body, given me an equivalent focal length of 750mm. Talk about lens compression! The funny thing is I think I road that Air Train number (105) today as I made way into Manhattan.

I am not surprised... you are a careful photographer and know your gear well as well as had good wx conditions. You get lucky with the heat shimmer from time to time.

And congratulations on the upgrade. I didn't know you had gotten the D7100... nice...

Thanks Manny .... btw, the D7100 was a typo, corrected it back to the D7000. The funny thing is I have thought about getting it.

Mark, thanks sorry... I have been too for a crop sensor with a little more than 16MP. Was thinking though of a 3200 for my daughter and then I just borrow it :P
