    That's incredible! Thanks for posting this rare find. Today they would run you right across the field to Riker's Island and lock ya' up.

    Here's some LGA 8mm footage I shot as a kid about 10 years later than these guys. I shot from the Marina, the observation deck and the Marine Air Terminal. I walked 5 miles from my home in Fresh Meadows to get there and got grounded when I returned home.

    I transferred the footage and posted on Youtube about 5 years ago. The opening shots were taken from about the same place the '68 kids shot from, before they hopped the fence. Hey- dig the wonky animated titles.

    with absolutely no offense to anyone older than me here, I feel like I just watched some ancient relic. That's some seriously amazing footage....as great as cameras are today, it can't compare to the romance captured on those cameras.

    Also, grab the mop...there was an awful lot of classic, smokey three holers there. Thanks for sharing!
