JFK Trip August 1st

I will be coming down to spot and photograph at JFK on August 1st, my first trip there in 30 years. Thank you to all that responded to an earlier post and I am armed with the prime photography locations from this website. I will be bringing my scanner. What are the most useful frequencies to listen to to ensure I know of runway changes etc. I know in Toronto we have a north and south arrival, north and south tower and north and south ground. Not sure what you have at JFK but would appreciate any feedback. Hope to see some of you around - I should be in town for 3 or 4 days
