Nice catch. I remember seeing the same thing happen to a Pan Am 747SP. The flight landed on 13R at JFK, reversed its thrust and about three seconds afterward the number two engine let out a huge back-fire along with smoke and some debris. Scary stuff.
Spotters have been Homeland Security before HS was a glimmer in the president's eye.
Shows how much power one engine generates as the plane lurched to the right hard immediately upon engine failure! wow... nice job by all involved, including the lucky videographer.
