    EWR 4/9/13

    A couple of shots from KEWR today;

    New kid on the block;

    Common I know but still enjoyable to see;

    Amazing angle on this departing MD11 but the captain was really leaning forward;

    Unusual visitor through the Newark airspace. He did land for a few seconds, not sure if someone was dropped off.

    Nice shots AJ! That pitch on the MD11 does look a bit extreme. And I echo what the others said about the 727, very nice bank there

    Awesome shots. The seven-two is a gem! Hope security left you alone. You would think they are the Royal Guard

    Great set.... The banks are awesome.

    Are those binoculars on lower level of tower? Like Empire State Bldg Observation Deck! Guess then the new observation deck @ Newark is almost complete.... When's the public opening . Ok ok I am awake now.
    For those not aware circa 1989-92 there was an observation deck at KBOS under the tower cab one could visit and view the enter field and spend a day!!
