Vintage TWA Ramp Sign I Had Restored on American Restoration

Last year I had a 1960s TWA Ramp sign restored on History Channel's American Restoration.

It was an old rusty hunk of junk I picked up years ago on eBay. The guy I bought it from said it was
used at JFK on the roll up stairways. Here are some stills from the show and a link to watch the episode
    online.

Haha this is seriously cool! Just watched it, great performance Don. Where do you display your brand new sign oh-so-proudly now?

    Phil,

The Tubeplus link above should get you to the episode (with commercials). Commercial-free it's available on iTunes I believe. Episode is called "Suds and Duds".

Thanks. I have an aviation display in my basement. At some point, when I run out of space I'm thinking about
loaning, it or even donating it to the TWA museum KMKC.

Thanks guys for the kind words.

It's still weird to this day watch the episode. In my line of work I'm one of the guys behind the camera, not in front of it.

Here's before and after pic for those that haven't seen the show.

For any of you Billy Joel fans out there, Rick just restored a BSA motorcycle for him. The show is airing a lot in the next two weeks.
