    KJFK 1-20-2013

Was good to be back down and hanging out with everyone even if just for a little while with some of you this weekend. Eric, too bad we didn't meet up while I was here. Sergio, was great to finally put a face to the name, and Akie great meeting you as well this weekend.

Here are a few from today's trip to Bayswater and T5

Nice set! Happy to see that the typical Sunday evening Cargolux 748 arrived before sunset.

Really nice shots Steve. That Korean Air Cargo with the tower behind it is sweet.
How do you like the new lens so far? Sure looks great to me...

Great shots Steve. The Cargolux is fantastic. What focal length are you using from T5? You make it down here Saturday as well?
I got to the mounds for some late sun shots. No rare birds though.

I was out at FRG in the afternoon for a 738 arrival and then at parking garage T1 later at night.
Wanted to get the THY 777 at push back, which I did, but there was a lot of security milling about.
At one point the guy that retrieves the SmarteCartes parked behind me for a while. I thought he was
trying to detain me but it turns out he was just goofing off. ;)

Don, I must have left the mounds on Saturday just before you showed up. As for T5, I was switching between my 70-200 with 2x TC, my 300mm, and then the 70-200 by itself to get the heavies that taxied past.
