    JFK 12-15-2012

During the course of the day I was able to get some shots from HoBe (which is still closed), my backyard and by the field. Enjoy!

From in and around the field

These were taken from the backyard as these birds made their approach for 13L

Morning departure off RWY 31L from HoBe

Nice liverys there. And last night we landed at JFK around 4:30 and I saw a jet parked by the Triple hangars and it had a livery I couldnt see because of the darkness but still looked interesting. Anyone?

I used Topaz for some details and then used Lucis Art to finish it off.

Gerard ... What you probably saw at the triple hangers was Sun County with Transavia colors. She has been there a few days already.

Nice shots, Mr. Mark. No wonder there was miraculously some sunlight on the AMX and VRD...you were there

Only two from me...3+ hours + $50 in gas/tolls for an hour of spotting...just to get the SF Giants monkey off my back

    Some of my photos.

This American stopped in like 2 sec. from touch-down...

Think this was the 1st time this Saudi Reg. came to JFK (HZ-AK16)

Usually, when a plane stops very short like that, it's because one of the pilots has a jumpseating flight he wants to make. Not kidding.

I've never seen a Saudi 773 at JFK before. AK16 looks like it was delivered in August this year.
