    Dumb Landing

Fast forward to 2:20 to see the plane descending with the runway on the upper left.

Though wild, my first thought is that this was just unnecessary and dangerous to me. I've already heard one pilot call this very "stall worthy". Putting people's lives at risk there to me.

Did he actually roll the plane? Sure looks like it. And that turn at the end is pretty intense. Good way to save gas though.

I wonder if this is the same guy...
Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We have a small problem.
All four engines have stopped. We are doing our damnedest to get them under control.
I trust you are not in too much distress. —Captain Eric Moody, British Airways Flight 9

Dangerous, albeit impressive. You can't deny that looked gorgeous in every way.

Crazy jump plane pilots are pretty common. Racing the meat bombs to the ground is standard, as are insanely steep approaches. The only thing more crazy than usual in that video was flying downwind at treetop level.

I have heard the schedules are so insane they have to get to the ground as quickly as possible to make more money making more and more runs per hour.

    Sick!

Wow insane! I loved the duck hanging in front of the windscreen too.
