Great shots posted by all from FRG where all the action seems to have been for the most part (except for a few photos taken at JB on Friday practice). Has anyone posted a roll call of who plans on going to the beach for the Sunday show? I plan on being there. Probably show center partway down the beach if I get there early enough. I think there will be a good crowd despite the moderate temps (mid-60s). Ill be wearing my JFK Airtrain baseball cap-Grey.

Please post here if you are going or send me a tweet. Maybe I could meet some of you to say hi. I don't have any fancy equipment. Mostly go for the experience.

I'll be at the beach as well. I normally prefer to go to the beach on Saturday and spend Sunday at the airport, however, the weather has made that impossible this year. Hopefully I'll be able to catch the CF-18's depart Sunday evening or Monday since their departure time in unknown - to me at least! I don't know what I'll be wearing, so don't expect to meet any new faces from here at the beach. I always try to be at show center even though it can be very crowded and tomorrow may be jammed pack, even without all of the thunder, so get there early for a good spot.

It will be interesting if they still attempt to have the Miss Geico catamaran vs. Geico Skytyper race tomorrow because with the high winds the seas should be pretty rough and Miss Geico may get some major "air" time !! Ha !!

I usually do the same, so ditto for me. I'll be at the beach. If anyone gets any intel on the CF-18's Departure, Please Post it. Thanks

I'll probably be at Jones Beach tomorrow too (show center down in the sand) with a Lowepro bag and a grey shirt. If anyone wants meet up, feel free to pm me.
    Fingers crossed for good weather!

I'll try & look for ya Nikon. I'm usually show center, up by the water. Don't know how close to the water I'll want to be today, so maybe back by where the Knights usually land.

I normally go to the museum Sat, the beach Sun, then back to the museum Mon to watch the departures.

Like I said earlier, I'll have a black F/A-18 Hornet T-Shirt on, but it may be covered by a blue jacket if it's too chilly. Let's just all ask anyone lugging a DSLR if they're from NYC Aviation Forum

I will be pretty easy to spot regardless, I'm 6' and my wife is 4'10", so look for that

At the beach now. It's windy as ****. We are just to the right of show center about 150 feet west of the lifeguard.
