For a 10-year show, Jones Beach is going to be a let down. I don't blame anyone but the US Government. The military wants to perform, as well as protect out country, but our elected leaders will not allow them, due to not being able to sit down and work together. Any Elected official who thinks that Sequestration will help this country is out of their mind! It is setting us up for one hell of a downturn (on top of what we already have been through). All that campaign BS about "working together across the aisle" is just that BS, when will the people of this great land wake up?

So basically the all Fleet Week events including the navy and foreign ships that visit NYC are cancelled as well ?

All OUR ships/aircraft but the Foreign ships might still come in!! They dont have the Sequester Blues!!

Remember that this may as well be the LOUDEST airshow in the northeast, having one of the few CANADIAN HORNET demonstrations! The Canadians sure know how to fly a Hornet demo!
