I had no idea this was still floating around in the courts

These reversals always confuse the heck out of me. There always seems to be some additional court that can undo what the previous court decided. I can understand the need for an appeals process, but how far should that be permitted to go? Who has the final say anymore?

I won't get into the whole 'design of the Concorde' issue, because frankly, if there was a design issue, it would have surfaced before this crash. In my mind, if Continental did/did not do something that contributed to this crash, then they should be held liable, at least partially.
