Just thought I'd post to let you know, Flightaware is showing CPA98 as a 747-8 in case any of you haven't had a chance to go get a shot of it. Hoping someone grabs a pic and it's not a Flightaware glitch!

Thanks. It's good to see any B747s at JFK; so many were taken out-of-service.
I think CX is bringing in its 748F regularly now...its often hard standed behind Bldg 78...you can get good shots from Old Rockaway Blvd right past Post J
late night is the 747 time at JFK,a lot of freight dog Classic, 400s,and now -8s booming aloft off of 31L heading out for all points, but i catch your drift,when i was a kid in the 70s, and everyone flew them, it was truly awesome.
The beehive hummm of the JT9D and GE CF680C2,the thunder of the JT8D-17,the rumble of the PW1830 and the high ,thin whine of the PW 545A are all music to my ears!
