    KIAH- 10/27 & 10/28, 2012 (VERY Image heavy!)

    Hello All Again!

More Houston action, this time during the day, and from KIAH. What a delightful airport, great light this time of year, and an interesting runway configuration made for some choice shots! tons of aircraft I had never seen before (DLH A380, SQ 77W, Cathay 748F, Saudi Cargo 744F, UAL 763 w/ Winglets, etc).

My first good, non-A380, Air France heavy shot!

    The Super, pt. 1!
This guy used a totally unexpected runway. It was only my familiarity with the A380's engine noise that had me moving as he popped out behind the trees from RWY 26L

Thank you all! KIAH cannot be highly recommended enough. It is simply a phenomenal field for photography, and while it is somewhat heavy in terms of UAL RJs, it gets some varied traffic too. I was disappointed by just how many A320 family members had been cross-fleeted over, having seen my fill at IAD, I was hoping for more 737 action!

    Nick
