What Airport (even if not practical) Needs Expansion Most?

Very easy, EWR. The most delayed airport in the US. Our configuration is horrible, especially with bad weather.

Pbi,Needs International Flights..Yet its listed as International Airport But has no international flights except for Bahamas air and SOMETIMES Air Canada and Air Italia But Rarely,I think we just need customs Palm Beach international airport is WAY Easier to get around then Miami and much nicer..

I'd say ORD needs not to be expanded more restructured. For expansion, I'd have to say KSAN and KPHX
