On Wednesday, September 19, the Endeavour flew over Houston. It flew over downtown, all three airports, and other prominent tourist areas. Fortunately, I was positioned alongside runway 22 at Houston Hobby when it passed over the airfield for some good photo ops. After the fly by over KHOU, it went to Ellington Field where it stayed overnight. Tens of thousands of people were allowed to go see the shuttle on public display. The wait to get into the airport was pushing about two hours, which is normally no wait at all. I parked over a mile away and just walked. Anyways, here are my photos of the shuttle as well as other shots I captured since I was on a military section of Ellington. Enjoy!
