    Front Yard Spotting 09-09-2012

    Finally testing my Canon T3. Sunday was beautiful for spotting!

    Yep, the view definitely affected my decision to buy the house! I love watching the 22L arrivals!

    I am jealous. Franklin Sq is right on the approach for DME/22L. I would love to be there but I have OCD and would be up all day and night watching planes. It would be like a gambler living in Vegas! I am stuck watching the aircraft using the VOR 13L approach in Brooklyn. All we get is mostly US flights and Asian flights as well. Yesterday I hit the jackpot and got the Emirates, Lufthansa and Korean A388s, but I usually get a dull assortment going to 13L.

    Actually 13L gets a ton of great stuff, you just have to pay attention :P
