    Heading out now. Should be near JFK in an hour or so. 04L/22R is closed, so they're on the 13s. Winds should be strong from the South all day today (~20MPH). I hope they eventually go to 22. Where should I go to shoot 13 arrivals? Mark, want to open your yard to us???? Haha.

    i was out early this morning. 13's in the morning is awesome. The light was great.

    taking a break now, will be back out shortly.
    It's hard to take chances but sometimes it's better if you do

    I ended up going to "the spot" you guys use for night stuff, if you get my drift.

    Weather is clearing, light is getting really good, but I want another runway configuration!!

    Wind config and no heads up that anything is headed our way...thinking I may save the drive for tomorrow.

    I spotted one of the Spanish A310's departing TOJ (Madrid Torrejon) today around 2:00pm CET... Can't say for sure it was heading for New York but the timing is right. Look out for a possible arrival around 4:00pm EST.

    Storms from approaching cold front probably around here 8PM or so. Tomorrow should be pretty nice for spotting!!
