MAD Spotting 8/1 +8/2 (IMAGE HEAVY)

I spent a beautiful afternoon spotting at Madrid-Barajas... I'm a bit sunburnt but it was worth it! I was really pleased to add the Aerolineas Argentinas A340-300 in the new livery to my collection and I even managed to add a new Iberia A340-600 to my collection, who would of thought that was possible?

    Saludos desde Madrid.

I wish Aerolineas would return to JFK..........the new scheme is pretty sharp.

Thanks, guys. JFK always seems to be in AR's plans once they actually expand their operations. They've taken on quite a few A340-300's now so it's about time. They had scheduled a second daily MIA flight but have now shelved it so we'll see...

I spent a few hours this afternoon at the other end of the runway. Another beautiful day and I finally encountered the sole chrome Aeromexico 777-200! The last time I photographed it was back in 2006.

These are great. The variety is fantastic. I'm dying to see the Aerolineas myself. Beautiful scheme.

Is the "pink" Iberia a special, or just faded?
Overheard on JFK TOWER - S Turns are fine, U-Turns are bad....
