    SAA Olympic color scheme

    I wish SAA would bring the A330 to the US - it would be nice to get this here - but - I guess I'll have to get it in SA when I'm there in December :)

    That looks like an a340 to me.
    It's hard to take chances but sometimes it's better if you do

    That does indeed look like an A340 to me, however, it looks like the -300 variant. I think we only get the 600 here.

    It's at -300. We do get the ocassional -300. Only a few years ago it was all -300's into Jfk

    But we have not had one in months

    Oppppssss...my mistake - I didn't see the corner of the engine on the left hand side - that's why I assumed it was the 330 - it has to be a 343 then because all of the 342's that SAA had have been returned - they only have -300's and -600's.

    Maybe they will send it around the different destinations as well - the last sweetly colored SAA plane - Ndizane - made a tour of all the destinations if I remember right after it has been to Atlanta - so - Manny - you may get your wish :)

    It has just left Johannesburg as SAA207 to Washington, will be there on Sunday morning.
