You were under the train bridge, Manny??!

    The authorities have been notified!

    Also, nice!
Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We have a small problem.
All four engines have stopped. We are doing our damnedest to get them under control.
I trust you are not in too much distress. —Captain Eric Moody, British Airways Flight 9

What train bridge? I have no clue what you're talking about. I had a zoom lens on my point and shoot and took that from the parking lot! :P

Actually, It sucked LOL. I should have shot it with the 17mm fisheye.... Two shots, done!

It is very wide. Best to click on it for full size and then pan in your browser...

Manny that pano shot is killer. You got the Dreamlifter, the Shuttle, KAL A380, and the Far Rock Projects all in one fell swoop. Nicely done

    Raj,

Gigapan is not for everyone nor for everything :P I am not a huge fan of it in general being a purist and all. LOL. However, it does have a purpose especially in the automation part of the hobby. THAT is worth a lot.

I haven;t gotten into high resolution yet. Once the day comes, I may look more into it.

Oh and thanks for the kind words ///

Last week, I got the Concorde, Shuttle and a Carnival Cruise line in 1 shot from Pier 84. A while back, I got the QM 2 and the Concorde in 1 shot when the ship docked in Manhattan. The Queen is immense but visitors still were more impressed with the SST ( 4 hours vs. 6 days to UK).

One more of mine, I love that the Enterprise was actually sitting on it's own landing gear for the the final leg of the journey !

Sad news. The Enterprise seems to be completely covered in a canvas tent so those of us who missed it are out-of-luck until the exhibit opens. However, evidently, visitors will NOT be charged an extra $24 to visit. It appears that the cost will rise to about $30 as rumor has it.

How is this "sad news"? The plan all along was to enclose the shuttle to protect it from the elements. They never intended to leave it out in the open on the carrier deck.
