    4/25 Military Aviation

The three most common expressions in aviation are, "Why is it doing that?", "Where are we?" and "Oh Crap".

A few great pieces of Tomcat history...

11/14/04 - Final pass of the last F-14 Demo* at Nellis AFB. God did Rocco & Smokin' Joe tear it up that day!

09/18/05 - Official Squadron colors are presented to the family of James Flatley, who formed the Grim Reapers during WWII, during VF-101'd disestablishment ceremony.

03/??/06 - 22 F-14D's appear on the horizon as they return to NAS Oceana after their last cruise.

09/22/06 - Tomcatter F-14D gets a salute as it departs for it's ceremonial final flight at Tomcat Sunset.

10/04/06 - USN'S history with the F-14 comes to end as Tomcatter 101 lands for the last time at KFRG.
