What would be a good time and location to meet?
Unless you want something specific, a good day at JFK can be had by spending the morning at HoBe spot (see the guide) until Emirates 777 and/or South African A340 departs... then go grab lunch and switch over to arrivals in the afternoon. If on 31s, Panera Bread... if on 22s, The Mounds. If on 13's or 4s, only 13R departures are worth it from Bayswater.
Mornings, if JFK is on the 4s, you've good for arrivals from Bayswater park.

BRING BACK THE KJFK/KLGA OBSERVATION DECKS
Depend on what configuration will be in use... I hope RW4 L/R departures/arrivals and then 31 R arrivals afternoon, however you never know what configuration will be in use. Call ATIS to check RWYS in use or use scanner.
