2 F16s ( if I'm correct ) just went right over my roof at the house in Whitestone with their landing gear down towards expressway visual. Anyone know why they are in the area?

Gotta say it was a pretty damn cool site to see that right over my house ! Too bad my camera bag was inside

If you want a very unique and awesome photo op, go to LGA. Trump's former 727 just arrived! VP-BDJ is there. Same colors, but with "weststar" titles that are still gold, with a different tail logo.

Would be wild if anyone got a pic of the 727 next to the 757.

Finnair E-170 OH-LEL which has been in the US for a few months on lease to the Honeywell Corp just departed 31 at LGA for I believe the longest nonstop flight ever for an E-JET from LGA to KDVT Deer Valley Airport near Phoenix.

    http://flightaware.com/live/flight/F...630Z/KLGA/KDVT

Despite the distance was airborne in about 4000 feet of runway, impressive. I know Moose got shots of this bird in CLT, anyone else shot it around the US the last few months?

    Cheers

I noticed on flightradar24 last night, inbound Delta 777 to LGA. Is this normal?

According to the Notify NYC site, Two Navy F-18s will flyover the Hudson River near the Statue of Liberty, Saturday, July 4th.
The aircrafts will depart LaGuardia at 11:30am and be over the Statue of Liberty at approximately 12:05 pm.

2x VFA-31 FA-18s parked at the FBO at LaGuardia. Modexes are AJ-102 and AJ-106. Obviously too far away to get the serials. They had been there since at least 2:00 this afternoon.
