    FAKE!

it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.

The Boeing SR-71 reference is a bit confusing in the listing (I was at first). I think the poster was trying to compare the importance/prestige that McDonnell Douglas(Boeing) placed on the A-12 program as Lockheed placed on the the SR-71. Easy to confuse this A-12 to the A-12 spy plane delivered to the CIA. Two different planes.

It is not BS and is the real deal. it has around 100 parts that are all stamped by the manufatuer. The A-12 concept was never made but parts were made for the prototype. It was declassified and sold as scrap. It was nothing that would get the buyer in trouble...

There were a few good writeups on this..the guy is going to make a fortune.
The three most common expressions in aviation are, "Why is it doing that?", "Where are we?" and "Oh Crap".
