Cary, no, seriously, you could sit on the barrier and shoot over the fence. They did us spotters a nice favor. The fence is in a ditch LOL. Mike, let's not forget The Rock which is actually even higher than the barrier lol.

Mike, words escape me, beyond awesome!! I can't pick a favorite. Your guys are right Miami is kind of a hidden gem, with their vast array of aircraft. I can't wait to get back down there.

Mike, the variety of types, liveries, and angles are all just sweeeeet! I gotta get out of the NY Area for some shooting, biz trips help, but there are no conferences scheduled for southern Florida in the near future.

John, it may not be florida, but come on up to New England one weekend. Boston can be fun to spot at. Even if the traffic is just your typical USAirways and Delta jets, the background is nice depending on the time of day.

thanks so much for the compliments!! it really is a spotting heaven down here, and though i wish i could make it a permanent thing, i'm not sure that i see that happening. the diversity is truly unbelievable, and like Mark told me, the south american stuff doesn't really show up on flightaware, so you have to stay on your toes. not unlike JFK, you can be sitting there watching an endless parade of American tin landing then all of a sudden Wunala comes up. I wish...but you get the point! It seems like for every non-American movement there's at least 3 Americans. But always a pleasure to watch!

I suppose this is why they say that MIA is so good for South American movements...

Hey Mike, I'll give you a south american bowel movement. Hahahah.... No, seriously, killer shots... Seems like MIA gets more 747's than JFK lately. Stupid ETOPS
