    Biman Bangladesh Delivery

At long last, after several weeks of tracking it I finally had the opportunity to see this one on its delivery day. Sadly the weather was crappy, unlike every test flight I missed. Oh well.

This is Biman Bangladesh's first 777-300, which started a 14.5 hour non-stop flight. Ouch

Nice! With the cameras we have today, it's hard to take a 'bad' shot even in crap weather. Some colors look great in the rain, as does this one.

What happened to their DC-10's? They all gone?

I believe they still do, and I'd give just about anything for a good shot of one.

They're getting a total of four 777s will replace the four DC-10s. First 777 route will be to Kuala Lumpur, but they plan on flying to JFK again.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We have a small problem.
All four engines have stopped. We are doing our damnedest to get them under control.
I trust you are not in too much distress. —Captain Eric Moody, British Airways Flight 9
