    US Open Fly By Tomorrow?

I was reading in one of the papers yesterday, Post I believe, and they had a list of all the tributes and celebrations in honor of 9/11 tomorrow. One that I saw was related to the US Open Womans Final tomorrow and they listed a "military flyover" as part of the ceremonies.

That would suck if they cancelled...I was looking forward to it. I believe they were out of Seymour Johnson and were recently deployed. So very possible that there will be no flyby.

It was a weather issue with the forecast and all the rain last week pushing back the finals

My ears tell me there are plenty of "Fast Movers" over NYC this weekend, too bad they can't re-direct acouple of them for a flyover

It's hard to take chances but sometimes it's better if you do

They weren't only over NYC this weekend. I was hearing them all day over eastern CT as well.

That could have been the two that "escorted" the airliner into JFK. I watched the ceremonies at the US Open and there was no flyby unless you count the blimp.

Thanks. If it was a helicopter I would have ID'd correctly.
