PVG spotting from the tarmac and inside the terminal

Shanghai was my final destination of this trip. These are the shots taken while taxi and from the terminal.

All fully packed ramp at 6:15 am as the narrow bodies wait for a new day.

I have tried to catch the NZ 777 for a few years at LHR, SFO and HKG. I finally got it as it arrived at 6:45 am from AKL.

KA has 2 A-320 to HKG at 7:30 and 8:15. Then there is a A-330 at 8:45. I was on the 330 and the load factor was less than 50%. This is the 8:15 flight being pushed back.

I am happy to catch new liveries for Malaysia and Garuda, although the color for the MH one was distorted by the window of the KA A-330 I was on.

Note the 2 MU 340 with special liveries in the background parked at Terminal 1. Terminal 1 of PVG is the base for MU, so it's no surprise that KL uses T1. However, DL still flies out of T2.

    IRANIAN A-310!!!
This is the best catch of my trip.

    Thanks for your comments.

"How is the air quality over there" -- with the cooler temprature, the air was much clearer than what I have seen in July or Aug. See my other post of SHA spotting, you can see for yourself as the how clear the sky was.
