No more San Fransisco color scheme on the Swiss A340??

After viewing this photo on JPnet andreading the caption I was rather dissapointed....

Does anybody have any confirmation that this color scheme has been removed? Thats shame as I know many of us were hoping to add that scheme to our archives.

How many days later? There is a pic in A.net three days later. It would be a shame but at least I saw her with my own two eyes and got a sap of it, a REALLY BAD one, but nonetheless :P

Well, JMJ shows 11 days of inactivity after 8/18, so that coincides with the caption. Glad I was able to get her when I did.

    It's official, and I quote:

"Swiss International Air Lines Hi Manny
Unfortunately it's true. We knew it from the beginning, as the plane is not painted. The livery is made with stickers.
    Best regards,
    Christian"

Ouch..........I was hoping to catch her under better conditions, but Manny and I got to see her from afar in March 2010.

Not the best lighting, but it was a nice surprise since I wasn't expecting it:

Gene, if it were coming to NYC, I would seriously give up anything else I had to do lol... except maybe my daughter, but then again, she better be hanging from one finger off the Empire State building!

I photograped the San Fran twice on flight 52 at Logan:

I really never cared for it much..... looks like graffiti all over it...
