Idiot spends $55 Million on a jet, 21 years old and had his last hit 4 years ago. Please.
And also PLEASE dont call him a "Musician" as the author writes.

    ujellybrah?

Regardless what "music" he makes, he can obviously afford the $55 mil to throw down on a Gulfstream. He has money. He chooses to spend it on a nice jet. I don't see anything wrong with that.

    Haters gonna hate.

Jealous of Soulja Boy? Be serious Brah.

He'll be on TV soon enough crying and whining poverty. I've seen this with sports guys who also had tons of money.

    Haters gonna hate.

Hate? I dont hate him. I actually danced at a Bar Mitzvah to "Crank That" to the TOTAL HORROR of my 15 year old daughter!!!!
I just think he made a baaaaaaaad business decision.
Though I wouldnt mind hooking up a ride with him and his boyzzzz!!!

I'm not really sure how he has that kind of coin. He's done well, but he's not U2.

My theory is Soulja Boy's handlers gave TMZ this $55m number and of course they don't verify the details. It could very well be a used plane or even a lease.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We have a small problem.
All four engines have stopped. We are doing our damnedest to get them under control.
I trust you are not in too much distress. —Captain Eric Moody, British Airways Flight 9

As a metal musician myself, I'm all for the guy spending the money he earned on whatever he wants. Let's encourage his hedonistic tendencies! We need people like him to support consumer spending in this economy. If he goes broke doing it, all the better. Then I don't have to hear about him anymore(I would rather listen to the Chicken Dance than to his music)

Some call it 'hatin', I call it Darwinism.
