    Going into space in an airplane NF-104



    Most people do not know that before NASA, the airforce strapped a rocket on an F-104 and shot a few of them into space making Airforce among the first U.S. astronauts just after the balloon rides to space. Here is a site with more info

    one of the most awesome airplane designs ever!
    it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.
