Rhode Island Air Show June 24-26

Here are some photos from the Rhode Island Airshow this weekend.
I was there Friday and Saturday - the weather was pretty cloudy for the most part, but we did get some decent skies towards the end of Saturday. Rhode Island is always an awesome event and they did another great job this year.

Nice P-3C Orion caught us by surprise

    T-39 with CONA colors

Really nice looking Avenger and man did it sound great ...

Here is Rider from Viper East taking up Schadow, the F-22 demo pilot for the morning demo on Saturday

Gotta have a jet car these days hehehe....

    Bearcats arriving from PA...

Some Viper action - good vapor

    Blue Angels time

    Sneak pass

    Isaac

it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.

Great work Isaac & Fred. I wish we had bluer skies for Sunday, as the clouds played havoc all afternoon. It did make for some great vapor action though.
I still downloading cards, and due to work, I may not get to post my shots for a day or two...or three.
Steve, it was great meeting you there...Eric & Manny, always a pleasure...and to Fred & especially BigTim who drove that nightmare yesterday, it was a blast!
Now...who's got the cajones to post that first Sherpa picture?
