I seem to always have to work when this show comes up. Shame, weather is going to be nice this year too. Enjoy it Mike.

I've been trying to get there for years. It always coincided with the NASCAR weekend at Pocono. This year, they moved the race back a week, and I thought about going, but right now, no job = no money = no Reading.
    Maybe next year...

I was all set to go and my daughter now has plans for the weekend so I can't make it :-( Too bad because the weather promises to be great. Last couple of years it has been SUPER HOT and HAZY!!

Access at WWII Weekend is stellar... if you want to get chopped by a prop, you just have to walk into one... there aren't even ropes in-field LOL.

I'll be there with my girlfriend. I have a seat reserved on the 11am flight of the B-17 so I'm totally stoked at this point.

    See you chaps tomorrow

Certainly wish I could go, it's always a fantastic show. The year they had the Canadian Lancaster (2007, I think) was amazing. Have fun, fellas.

Thanks John... like I said, I had to watch out for props MYSELF as no one really is there to push you away... wonderful folks there ... the whole show you feel immersed in the era, seriously... and there are great ground activities as well with mock field action involving tanks and planes attacking, machine guns blasting, etc.
