KPAE - 5/17/11
Had a few hours after work and errands to kill...so I enjoyed a rare sunny evening and light breeze at the Windsock at Paine Field. Glad I went. List of attendees include the Dreamlifter, Airpac Piper Seneca II, a naked RV-10, Cessna 210, Cessna 172S, Piper Turbo Saratoga SP, another Cessna 210 (surprise, right?), oh and a helicopter. No big deal. It was just a UH-60 Blackhawk and the pictures are awesome in the late evening light!
BTW, I have to go to bed. No pictures until tomorrow!
Sleep well.

Very nice...but I didn't have to wade through Seattle traffic to get my shots! Here's a teaser. Think I finally settled on the watermark and the wide format.
Now I must go to bed...wife is yelling at me.
Here's the uncompressed shot:

nice blade blur - hard to get well. the traffic hasn't been pleasant, especially with 99 down to 2 lanes on the viaduct. it was biz jet city today - if you're free they should all leave on Thursday late morning early afternoon.
