    LGA - 5/14/2011

Stepped out this morning for a couple of hours to catch departures off of RWY 4. The light was ugly again and the heat waves were a killer (they ruined a good portion of my shots). Here is what was salvageable.

Once I arrived at Planeview Park this aircraft landed within minutes of my arrival

As I settled in at Plainview Park 80002 was taxing out to RWY 22 (another surprise)

Thanks Kaz......the light was really terrible. I hope the weather is better in Baltimore tomorrow and then for the air show next weekend at Andrews.

Im guessing a combination of infrequent trips and bad light.

Good set Mark. I agree with Kaz, those head on shots are killer. And did you find out who was on 80002?

VP Biden was in town this weekend, he landed yesterday, stayed overnight at Waldorf and departed NYC today.
