Pres To Ground Zero On Thursday?

While watching "John King" on CNN there was a crawl that President Obama will visit Ground Zero on Thursday. Did some searching but found no other confirmation.
    Stay tuned.

John King just interviewed Tom Van Essen (Former FDNY Commish) and a woman 9/11 survivor and said that Obama will be visiting Thursday and will meet with 9/11 families.

TFR finally posted, though "Plain Language text is not available for this NOTAM." No map either. Wonder if this is a security idea ("the bad guys will never figure this out!") or they just got too lazy to write it in easier-to-understand language. Hope nobody wanders into the NFZ, given the high profile nature of this visit, I'd imagine there will be fighters patrolling as well.

Anyway, looks like Air Force One will be arriving at JFK between 10am and 11:15am and leaving by 3:15pm.

"THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT MAY USE DEADLY FORCE AGAINST THE AIRBORNE AIRCRAFT, IF IT IS DETERMINED THAT THE AIRCRAFT POSES AN IMMINENT SECURITY THREAT."

Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We have a small problem.
All four engines have stopped. We are doing our damnedest to get them under control.
I trust you are not in too much distress. —Captain Eric Moody, British Airways Flight 9

    Plain language...

FDC NOTAMs 1/0368 and 1/0369 have been released for the New York City, NY area for May 5, 2011. The NOTAMs are identical 1/0368 was issued for New York Center and 1/0369 was issued for Boston Center.

A 7NM TFR centered on the LGA263006.1 prohibits GA operations at New York LaGuardia (LGA), and all downtown Manhattan Heliports (JRA/JRB/6N5) from 1030 local (1430z) until 1445 local (1845z) on 5/5/11.

***Please note even though Newark/EWR is outside of the 7NM ring there are certain approaches and departure paths that may not be available during the TFR.***

Please note the cut-out for Teterboro (TEB) will allow traffic to arrive and depart from the northwest during the 7nm TFR. Morristown (MMU) and White Plains (HPN) will remain outside of the inner rings therefore IFR operations will be allowed.

An 8NM TFR centered on the JFK VOR/DME prohibits GA operations into John F. Kennedy Intl (JFK) from 1000 local (1400z) until 1115 local (1515z) and again from 1400 local (1800z) until 1515 local (1915z) on 5/5/11.

*** Due to the close proximity to the 8NM ring, certain approaches and departure routes may not be available at LaGuardia (LGA) during this TFR ***

There are also restrictions within the lateral limits of the New York Class B airspace from 1000 local (1400z) until 1515 local (1915z) on 5/5/11. (The boundaries of the New York Class B airspace constitute what would normally be the outer 30NM TFR.)
