    Nice Nick, I have been inside her at ADS.

    Suprised nobody was out for the VIP. It was cloudy until about 30 mins before she came thankfully.

    Wow, 1966! I will stop complaining about the DC-9s that Delta still flies then, even those are 10+ years newer.

    I was around for the VIP but I couldnt get out to get it. It was at the triple hangers when I left last night.

    Even thought I cought that VIP 767 2 years ago, i could have used another good shot.. lol

    i have about 50 hours in the baby 9,she handles like a little fighter/freighter, lightest ailerons i have ever experienced in a transport cat airplane,not too fast, we economy cruised at .76 mach,all out she will hit .83,but overall a great little jet,and a true classic.
    The beehive hummm of the JT9D and GE CF680C2,the thunder of the JT8D-17,the rumble of the PW1830 and the high ,thin whine of the PW 545A are all music to my ears!
