    Presidential Visit Tuesday March 29th.

    http://www.nydailynews.com/news/2011...dlock_sam.html

Seeing the pics of the C-17 into JFK yesterday reminded me that Pres. Obama will be visiting Manhattan on Tuesday.
Curious that it seems they will be (according to Gridlock Sam) land at an off-site LZ for Marine 1 when he visits Harlem. Most likely Central Park or some other Park there.
    Good hunting all day gentlemen!!

THat reminds me, that shortly after me and Kaz spotted the C-17 on Saturday, we saw two of the Presidential choppers flying in past the far side of JFK. They were too far to get anything decent, but I may have a half bad shot of them on my camera. I'll look and post later. I wonder if they had anything to do with the visit too?

I purposely avoid working when that can of hot air comes to JFK... It's a tedious and hasseled operation around 0 time when AF1 comes in and goes out.

Was over at Howard Beach when the choppers came in. First two where the ones like Marine One, then two more Marine, and three more after that. Came in to the right of the beach and got some good shots although back lit. Also got the C-17 leaving.

Nice one. So everybody scramble to JFK by 12:30 tomorrow. I need to improve upon the AF1 I currently have. Bad weather and lighting didnt help when it was only my 1st week resuming spotting back then. Need to improve.
