    UAE A380 Approach to JFK

I was down in Long Beach this afternoon and caught the UAE A380 coming in over the beach and board walk to JFK.

    Thanks for the compliments.

First two were 500MM, the bellyshot was 380mm, I was thrilled when she banked to give the better angle and still had the gear up.

I was at Edwards Blvd and the Boardwalk and wandered a little further west to try and beat the sun.

Mark "Zee71" and I did a similar hunt recently and it was fun... the planes are remarkably near considering how far from JFK they are still (5 miles?)
