Dash 8 Very Short Landing Rollout

Just saw this video of a Dash 8 landing with an extraordinarily short rollout. Looks to be a little over 300 feet, based on Google maps. You might want to mute the radio playing in the background:

Where is that? I didn't see any taxiway for him to turn around to...I assume there was one, but where?

Corvo (LPCR). He was just back-taxiing to the ramp turnoff. Here's a map:

and here's another video of a Dash 8 landing there, with a "normal" rollout:

Looks like a fun place to spot.

Looks like the next closest thing to landing on a carrier deck!

Must have had a pretty good headwind to stop in that distance!

I was gonna say it looks like the bushes are blowing around pretty good.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We have a small problem.
All four engines have stopped. We are doing our damnedest to get them under control.
I trust you are not in too much distress. —Captain Eric Moody, British Airways Flight 9

Pretty cool video. There was definitely a strong breeze blowing into the sea (headwind) for such a short landing roll.

    It carries invisible retro rockets!

Wow, sweet landing... I agree, the winds may have helped. The second video is also VERY windy...

Definitely quite windy in that second video with the way he was crabbing on approach.
